These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and ck477 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the ck477 website at ck477.com, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety and agree to be bound by all of its provisions.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the ck477 website, mobile web application, and all associated services, tools, and content accessible at ck477.com.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the ck477 Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held within a Player's Account at any given time.

• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements as detailed in Section 5.

ck477 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, the Platform will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' advance notice to registered Players. Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or additions required by applicable regulatory guidance — may take effect immediately upon publication. If any individual provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

2.1 Age Requirement

The ck477 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old at the time of registration. ck477 applies a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, all associated balances will be forfeited, and the matter will be referred to the Platform's compliance team for further action.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The ck477 Platform is designed and operated for players located in Bangladesh. You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and during active use of the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ck477 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ck477 accepts no liability for any breach of local law committed by a Player who accesses the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the ck477 Platform. Creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or otherwise — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck477 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, confiscate balances, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided without exception.

2.4 Registration Requirements

To create a valid ck477 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• A valid, active email address that you own and control
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number registered in your name
• Your date of birth
• Your residential address within Bangladesh
• Your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account details)

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure if the breach is confirmed. ck477 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registration information provided.

2.5 Account Verification (KYC)

ck477 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Before processing any withdrawal request, the Platform requires Players to complete identity verification by submitting:

• A clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card or valid passport)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your registered bKash or Nagad account showing your name and number)
• Where requested, proof of residential address dated within the last three months

KYC verification is typically completed within one (1) business day of document submission. Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is successfully completed. 3.1 Player Responsibilities

3.2 Unauthorised Access

The Platform cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials or failed to report a suspected breach in a timely manner.

3.3 Accurate Account Information

You are required to keep your Account information accurate and up to date at all times. If your contact details, payment method, or residential address change, you must update your Account profile or notify Customer Support within seven (7) days of the change occurring. Failure to maintain accurate Account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing and may trigger a full KYC re-verification request.

3.4 Prohibited Account Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck477 Platform and may result in Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity through the Platform
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Creating or using an Account on behalf of another person
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ck477 Customer Support staff or other players in any manner

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck477 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability)

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be refunded and may trigger a fraud investigation. ck477 does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The following transaction limits apply to all ck477 Accounts unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer or as modified by the Platform's risk management team for individual accounts:

• Maximum Single Deposit: ৳500,000
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ck477 Balance in real time — typically within five (5) seconds of wallet confirmation. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to credit depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. ck477 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ck477 accepts no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed by the ck477 finance team during business hours (09:00–21:00 BST, seven days a week). For fully KYC-verified accounts, mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are processed in under five (5) minutes from the time of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. Withdrawals can only be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that it deems to require additional scrutiny.

4.5 Dormant Account Fees

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ck477 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of ৳200 to dormant Account balances, deducted until the balance reaches zero or the Player reactivates the Account by logging in. Players will receive email notification before dormant account fees begin to apply.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

ck477 offers a range of promotional bonuses including a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions (including Eid, Victory Day, and Pohela Boishakh offers), and ongoing loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion and to the general conditions set out in this Section 5.

Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Funds balance and must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement ("rollover") for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard rollover requirement for ck477 deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Rules

The following rules apply to all bonus wagering on ck477 unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
• Bets placed on live casino table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 10% toward wagering requirements. Bets on slots contribute 100%. Bets on sports markets contribute 25%. Fishing games contribute 50%.
• Maximum bet size while wagering with active Bonus Funds is ৳1,000 per round or spin. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Activating a new bonus before completing wagering on an existing bonus will forfeit the existing bonus without compensation.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ck477 actively monitors bonus activity for signs of abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, and coordinating bonus activity with other players. Where bonus abuse is detected, ck477 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to restrict or close the Player's Account.

5.4 Opting Out of Bonuses

Players who prefer to deposit and play without bonus funds attached to their Balance may opt out of bonuses by contacting Customer Support before making a qualifying deposit. Players who have opted out of bonuses will not be eligible to claim those promotions retroactively.

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on the ck477 Platform use independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes. Each game round is statistically independent of all previous rounds. 6.2 Void Bets and Technical Errors

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket and other sports markets on ck477 are governed by the following general rules:

• All sports bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where an official void rule applies.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within forty-eight (48) hours of its scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless ck477's specific sport rules state otherwise.
• In-play betting markets close automatically when the relevant event milestone occurs (e.g., end of over, fall of wicket). Late bets received after market closure will be void.
• ck477 reserves the right to restrict bet sizes on any sports market at its sole discretion without providing a reason to the Player.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

The maximum single-event payout from any sports bet on ck477 is ৳5,000,000. The maximum payout from any single casino game session is governed by the applicable game provider's terms. Where a jackpot or large win exceeds the Platform's standard payout threshold, ck477 reserves the right to pay out the amount in instalments over a reasonable period, notified to the Player in advance.

ck477 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools that Players are actively encouraged to use:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within your Account settings. Limits activate immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours.
• Session Time-Outs: Take a voluntary break of 24 hours, 48 hours, one week, or one month. During a time-out, your Account is locked for all gaming and wagering activity.

8.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

Before closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method, provided that all applicable KYC and withdrawal verification requirements have been met. Account closure requests are typically processed within two (2) business days.

8.2 Closure by ck477

ck477 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Detection of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 3.4
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring account closure

Where an Account is closed by ck477 due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Balance within the Account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion. Where closure is not due to a Player breach (for example, a regulatory closure), real-money Balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure or termination, your right to access and use the ck477 Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will remain in effect after termination.

8.4 Disputes and Governing Law

ck477 aims to resolve all player disputes fairly, efficiently, and transparently. If you have a complaint, you should first contact ck477 Customer Support, providing full details of the issue. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. ck477's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account management is final.

This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the relevant jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer.
